Meanwhile, you are welcome to apply your full commission percentage without limitation, which will be applied in the final amount charged to the guest. Please note that the commission payment will be processed at the time of check-out.
 

Become Official Partner of the Pattaya Land Group 
 

If you are interested in becoming an offinterested in becoming an official partner of the Pattaya Land Group, you will gain access to numerous benefits across all Villas and Hotels in Pattaya, Koh Samui, and Koh Phangan.

We are seeking to establish partnerships with exclusive representatives. This is not a standard reseller agreement with B2B rates. A distinctive aspect of our operations is that in each country where we operate, we collaborate with a exclusive partner.  


To qualify for this partnership, the following prerequisites must be met:

◉ **Annual registration fee**:  200,000 THB   
◉ **Minimum booking commitment**:  5 stays and 30 nights per year (at minimum)  
◉ **Language requirement**: Proficiency in English (at minimum)   
◉ **Customer satisfaction**: Your company/website must demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, supported by consistently positive reviews and feedback.
