Official partners can access partnership benefits across PATTAYA LAND villas and hotels in Pattaya, Koh Samui and Koh Phangan. This is an exclusive representative partnership, not a standard reseller agreement with B2B rates.
To qualify for this partnership, the following prerequisites must be met:
Annual registration fee: 100,000 THB
Minimum booking commitment: At least 5 stays and 30 nights per year
Language: Proficiency in English
Customer satisfaction: A demonstrable commitment to guest satisfaction, supported by consistently positive reviews and feedback
