BFA Flying Club: Fly Over Pattaya in a Microlight or Paramotor
For a view of Pattaya you will never forget, take to the sky. Based at Eastern Airport Pattaya, between the mountains and the sea, BFA Flying Club offers scenic flights in microlights, ultralights and paramotor trikes, always with a licensed pilot. No experience needed: you simply sit back, or take the controls for a short flying lesson.
What to Expect
A 20 to 25-minute flight: after a safety briefing, you take off with your instructor for a flight over the coast, the beaches, the countryside and the surrounding hills.
Choose your aircraft:
Paramotor trike: an open-air flight under a large wing, gliding about 300 metres (1,000 feet) above the ground.
Microlight: a light flying wing, ideal for sweeping views and a first taste of piloting.
Ultralight and classic aircraft: small planes for a more traditional flying experience.
Relive your flight: most flights can be booked with a 4K video, filmed during your time in the air.

Good to Know
Sunrise or sunset: flights only take place early in the morning and late in the afternoon, when the air is calmest and the light is most beautiful.
Weather permitting: flights depend on the weather. If conditions are not safe, your flight will be rescheduled.
Paperwork: you will sign a waiver at the airport before your flight. Bring your passport.
Who cannot fly: the activity is not suitable for pregnant women.
What to wear: comfortable clothes and closed shoes. Leave loose items such as hats on the ground.
