Terminal 21 Pattaya: A Trip Around the World in One Mall
Opened in 2018 at the Dolphin Roundabout in North Pattaya, Terminal 21 Pattaya is built like an airport: the entrance has the look of a departure terminal, and each floor takes you to a different city of the world. Paris with its Eiffel Tower, London, Tokyo, San Francisco and more: it is one of Pattaya's largest malls, and certainly its most photogenic.
What to Find
Themed floors: every level has its own city decor, from shop fronts to signage, and even the restrooms are themed. Bring your phone: it is a giant photo playground for all ages.
Shopping: around 500 shops, from international high-street fashion and sportswear to beauty, electronics and Thai brands, plus a large supermarket.
Pier 21 food court: one of the best-value meals in Pattaya, with a huge choice of Thai and international dishes on the upper floors. Restaurants and cafés can be found on every level.
Entertainment: a modern cinema for a film on a hot afternoon or a rainy evening, and an evening market outside the mall.

Food court payment: at Pier 21, you buy a prepaid card at the counter, pay the stalls with it and get the unused balance refunded on the way out.
Best photo spots: the Eiffel Tower at the entrance and the themed floors are best enjoyed on weekday mornings, before the crowds.
Perfect evening combo: dinner at Pier 21, then Tiffany's Show, Pattaya's legendary cabaret, right next to the mall.
Getting there: the mall is on the songthaew (baht bus) routes of North Pattaya. Bolt and Grab are also easy options, or ask our team to arrange your transport.
