The Million Years Stone Park & Crocodile Farm: Ancient Stones and Wild Shows
Just east of Pattaya, The Million Years Stone Park & Pattaya Crocodile Farm combines natural wonders and wildlife in a 70-acre park opened in 1992. Wander among giant rocks millions of years old, petrified trees and centuries-old Thai bonsai, then watch the famous crocodile show and meet the animals of the park's zoo. A full, surprising outing for families.
What to Expect
The stone garden: ancient rocks weighing up to 90 tonnes, petrified trees and animal-shaped rock formations set in landscaped gardens.
Thai trained trees: a collection of Thai-style trained trees, some more than 200 years old, alongside rare and endangered plants such as cycads and tiger orchids.
The crocodile farm: one of the largest crocodile farms in Thailand, with thousands of saltwater and freshwater crocodiles. You can even feed them with a fishing rod.
The crocodile show: trainers performing daring acts with the crocodiles, bare-handed.
The zoo: white tigers, giraffes, elephants, giant catfish and many other animals.

Opening hours: every day from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, last entry at 4:00 PM
Crocodile shows: almost every hour from 9:00 AM to the end of the afternoon
Recommended time: 2 to 3 hours
Distance: about 20 minutes by car from central Pattaya
Good to Know
Come early: before 10:00 AM, the gardens are cooler and quieter, and you can catch the first crocodile show.
Check the show times: ask at the entrance for the day's crocodile show schedule.
Photos with animals: some photo opportunities with animals come at an extra cost.
Outdoor park: bring a hat, sunscreen and comfortable walking shoes.
