Underwater World Pattaya: Walk Under the Sea
Discover the marine world without getting wet. On Sukhumvit Road, Underwater World Pattaya is the city's aquarium, with a 105-metre transparent acrylic tunnel that takes you through the tanks, surrounded by sharks, rays, giant groupers and schools of colourful fish. An indoor, air-conditioned outing that delights children and adults alike, rain or shine.
What to Expect
The tunnel: walk through a 105-metre acrylic tunnel with fish swimming all around and above you, for the feeling of walking on the ocean floor.
Coral Reef Zone: tropical coral reefs and schools of colourful fish.
Open Ocean Zone: face to face with blacktip reef sharks, rays, big-eye jacks and giant groupers.
Giant of Siam Zone: a sunken shipwreck home to giant freshwater fish, including the impressive arapaima.
Touch Pool and more: a touch pool with marine creatures from Thai coastal rock pools, the interactive Magic Tank and a reptile zone.
Feeding shows: divers enter the tanks to feed the sharks and rays at scheduled times every day.

Recommended time: 1.5 to 2.5 hours
Good to Know
Come early: between 9:00 and 10:30 AM, the tunnel is at its calmest, and you can stay for the first feeding show.
Plan around the feeding shows: the 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM shark and ray feedings are the highlights, and also the busiest moments.
Perfect for a rainy day: the aquarium is indoors and air-conditioned.
Feeding times may change: check the schedule at the entrance when you arrive.
Getting there: Bolt or Grab is the easiest option, or ask our team to arrange your transport.
