BEACH LAND is located on the beach of Chaloklum Bay, on the north coast of Koh Phangan.

• Chaloklum village: 5 minutes

• Mae Haad Beach and Koh Ma sandbar: 10 minutes

• Thong Sala Pier: 20 minutes

• Bottle Beach: about 30 minutes by long-tail boat from Chaloklum Pier

• Haad Rin: 40 minutes

Getting Around Koh Phangan

Getting to the Island

Koh Phangan is reached by ferry or speedboat. The crossing from Koh Samui takes around 20 to 30 minutes, and ferries from the mainland arrive at Thong Sala Pier. The nearest airport is Koh Samui International Airport.

Songthaew & Local Taxis

Songthaew pickup trucks and local taxis operate from Thong Sala Pier to Chaloklum and the main beaches of the island.

VIP Transportation

Good to Know Before You Book

• Check-in: from 3:00 PM — Check-out: by 10:00 AM

• Security deposit: THB 30,000 at check-in, refunded at check-out

• Electricity: charged according to actual consumption; water is included

• Housekeeping: full villa cleaning every 3 nights, including fresh towels, kitchen and pool; bed linen is also changed every 6 nights; extra cleaning available on request

• Pool parties, BBQs and music: welcome within the guest limit and with respect for the neighbourhood; DJs, large speakers, fireworks and foam parties are not permitted

• Smoking: permitted outdoors only; ashtrays are provided in designated outdoor areas

• Pets: not permitted
