JOOPLAND Luxury Pool Villa is a unique private villa in Pattaya, combining a traditional Thai Bali style with modern comfort, extensive entertainment facilities and a prime location.
The villa is decorated with large stone statues around the pool, carved reliefs, woven rattan furniture and Buddha artworks, in a lush tropical garden. Inside, the bedrooms feature wooden floors, hand-carved wooden beds and large wardrobes.
Located in Soi Pattaya Land, the villa is ideally positioned between Walking Street, Jomtien Beach and Pratumnak Beach.
Within the surrounding area, guests can easily find convenience stores, restaurants, cafés, nightlife and everyday amenities.
The villa is fully furnished and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable private stay.

JOOPLAND features 6 luxurious bedrooms and 7 elegant bathrooms and accommodates up to 12 guests, with comfortable King and King+ size beds.
Every bedroom has wooden floors, a hand-carved wooden bed and large wardrobes, as well as its own private bathroom. One bathroom features a corner bathtub and a double vanity.

The private swimming pool uses a saltwater system instead of traditional chlorine, providing a more comfortable and pleasant swimming experience.

In addition to the private pool, guests have access to a large communal pool within the residence. Please note that this pool is not maintained by PATTAYA LAND and may occasionally be unavailable.
The outdoor dining area is sheltered from sun and rain and seats up to 12 guests, surrounded by tropical trees.

Housekeeping: full villa cleaning every 3 nights, including fresh towels, kitchen and pool; bed linen is also changed every 6 nights; extra cleaning available on request
Pool parties, BBQs and music: welcome within the guest limit and with respect for the neighbourhood; DJs, large speakers, fireworks and foam parties are not permitted
Smoking: permitted outdoors only; ashtrays are provided in designated outdoor areas
Pets: not permitted
Parking: next to the villa, in front of the main gate, inside the secure village compound
