Greenwood Golf Club: A British-Inspired Course in the Countryside
In the quiet countryside of Ban Bueng, north-east of Pattaya, Greenwood Golf Club (formerly Noble Place) was designed by Australian legend Peter Thomson, five-time winner of The Open Championship. Opened in 1993, its 27 holes are inspired by British golf, with over 200 bunkers, pot bunkers, reeds and undulating fairways, and very little water. A strategic course where shot-making matters more than power.
The Three Nines
27 holes · Par 72 for every 18-hole combination · up to about 7,000 yards
The three nines, A, B and C, each reflect a different style of golf: links, British and American. Some holes climb gently through the hills and lightly wooded areas, while others are flatter and more open. Deep, well-placed bunkers are the main defence of the course, and the firm, quick greens demand an accurate approach.

Good to Know
Avoid the sand: with over 200 bunkers, a precise game is your best ally.
Weekend mornings: groups of 2 to 4 players only before 11:30 AM, up to 5 players at other times.
The 19th hole: enjoy a cold drink on the clubhouse terrace as the sun sets behind the hills.
