A New Menu Every Week
There is no fixed menu here: every week, Chef Bruno imagines a new set of dishes, so each visit is a new surprise.
A Unique Format
Choose your main course, then let the chef take you on a journey: it is preceded by a succession of delicate small starters and followed by dessert or a generous selection of imported cheeses.
Exceptional Ingredients
The chef works with the finest products: French oysters, French Black Angus beef, veal with morels, Wagyu, fresh fish, all cooked to order and beautifully presented.
Wines and Rare Spirits
Alter Ego is also a cocktail bar with an exceptional drinks list of more than ten pages, including carefully selected wines and rare spirits, with the chef's advice on pairings.
An Intimate Setting
With only around ten tables, the dining room is cosy and warm, and the chef often comes to talk with his guests about the dishes and the wines.
