Colosseum Show Pattaya: A Cabaret in a Roman Arena
From the outside, you might think you are in ancient Rome. The Colosseum Show is set in a striking theatre built in the style of the famous Roman arena, on Thepprasit Road on the Jomtien side of Pattaya. Opened in 2013, it is the newest of Pattaya's great cabarets, and one of the most spectacular.
What to Expect
The show lasts about 75 minutes and unfolds in more than a dozen numbers, created by Thai choreographer Wichai Swaecheen. Dance, music and lavish costumes combine with modern stage technology: a hydraulic stage, impressive sets and a powerful light and sound system. A highlight is the "Miracle ASEAN" number, a tribute to the women of the ten Southeast Asian nations.
The theatre seats over 1,000 people, with generous space between the rows, so every seat has a clear view of the stage. Glamorous but never explicit, it is a show for all ages, perfect for families and groups of friends.
